Lightning arrestors

GEESYS lightning arresters are manufactured for structures that need dependable external lightning protection, including industrial buildings, commercial facilities, rooftops, solar installations, telecom infrastructure, and utility sites. The product range is intended to work as part of a complete protection system along with proper down conductors and earthing.

A lightning arrester provides a preferred strike point and controlled discharge path so that lightning current is diverted safely to ground instead of travelling through the building structure or connected services. Correct selection depends on structure height, exposure, installation layout, and grounding quality.

The conventional spike arrester design uses a robust air termination mounted at the top of the protected structure and bonded to the grounding network. When installed correctly with compatible earthing components, it helps reduce the risk of fire, insulation damage, and equipment failure caused by direct strike events.
